A fascinating little two-seater, styled to evoke the look of American roadsters of the day, it featured generous chrome trim (especially on the radiator grille and bumper guards) together with a panoramic windscreen and whitewall tyres. This influence was evident on the Fiat’s interior, too, with features such as a dished steering wheel and two-tone seats.

But this Fiat was “European-style” sporty, powered by a 53hp, four-cylinder engine mated to a four-speed gearbox, all of which helped make the Trasformabile quick and precise on handling! Running successfully in the Mille Miglia. It is a rare car, too; only a few hundred were ever built.
